How It Works

From consult to delivery in days, not weeks.

  1. Clinician reviewing a wellness intake form on a tablet in a warm-lit interior.01

    Consult a provider

A licensed clinician reviews your health history and wellness goals to determine whether a personalized compounded therapy may be appropriate for your needs.

  2. Amber compounded vial with a navy label on a stainless pharmacy tray beside a prescription document and a gloved pharmacist hand.02

    Your Rx is reviewed

Your prescriptions are filled by one of our licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partners, where medications undergo quality testing before dispensing. Which one fills yours depends on your state.

  3. Open white insulated cold-chain shipping box with an amber compounded vial nestled inside and a packing slip beside it.03

    Shipped to your door

Cold-chain carriers deliver your medication nationwide. Tracking visible end-to-end. Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days of the approved Rx, not counting weekends when the pharmacy is closed.

The Standard

“Every Rx is tied to an individually identified patient and reviewed by a licensed clinician. Your health, not retail.”

The care chain

What stands behind every order.

CCRX is not a pharmacy. We coordinate the prescriber, the pharmacy and the shipment, and each one is accountable for its own part.

  1. Prescriber review

Every order starts with a valid prescription for an individually identified patient. A licensed clinician reviews the health history and is free to decline.

  2. 503A compounding

A licensed 503A partner pharmacy compounds and dispenses each prescription, and is responsible for its sterility, labeling and quality.

  3. Independent lab testing

Batches go to an independent analytical laboratory for potency and sterility testing, as appropriate for the preparation. Ask and we will get the documentation to you.

  4. Cold-chain delivery

Temperature-sensitive medication ships with cold-chain carriers, straight to the patient, with the supplies they need included.
